  • Location: Fort Collins, CO 
  • Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week

What You’ll Do:

ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) uses an evidence-based model of service to treat clients with the highest mental health needs who have not been successful in traditional outpatient services.  The team includes psychiatrists, a therapist, nurses, a substance abuse counselor, and case managers, to wrap services around the client with the goal of keeping the client in the community. As a Team Lead, the person in this role will provide in-person direct client services as well as provide clinical supervision to ensure that our services are meeting client needs.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide clinical oversight and therapy to clients participating in the ACT program.
  • Provide training, education and support to team as needed.
  • Screen, assess, diagnosis and create treatment plans
  • Deliver services that address diverse social, cultural, gender and economic needs of population served utilizing equity framework
  • Clinically supervise other team in daily case review meetings, collaborative treatment planning
  • Program evaluation to maintain program fidelity of ACT (Assertive Community Treatment). 
  • Participates in quarterly and monthly ACT state meetings.
  • Document all services in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities  

Individuals who possess strengths of being a good listener, action oriented, persistent and solution focused, creative, positive and hopeful, and interested in learning are considered a good match to this position.   

 Required:

  • Master's Degree from accredited College or University in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • mental health licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) 
  • 1+ years of clinical therapy experience

 Preferred:

  • CAS or LAC 
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in behavioral healthcare working with adults
  • Experience with DSM-5 diagnoses and best practice treatment intervention for a variety of mental health conditions
  • Bilingual/Bi-cultural

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Total Rewards

The typical hiring range for this position, based on 40 hours a week and on relevant years of experience is:

  • Single License: $69,347 - $83,221
  • Dual License:   $72,800 -$87,360

Our Behavioral Health Therapists have access to exceptional training opportunities in evidence-based practices and support in gaining and keeping licensure and addictions certification:  

  • Receive supervision toward clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) at no cost to the employee 
  • Have the opportunity to participate in specialized clinical certifications (i.e. EMDR, etc.)
