What You’ll Do: ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) uses an evidence-based model of service to treat clients with the highest mental health needs who have not been successful in traditional outpatient services. The team includes psychiatrists, a therapist, nurses, a substance abuse counselor, and case managers, to wrap services around the client with the goal of keeping the client in the community. As a Team Lead, the person in this role will provide in-person direct client services as well as provide clinical supervision to ensure that our services are meeting client needs. Duties include, but are not limited to: Individuals who possess strengths of being a good listener, action oriented, persistent and solution focused, creative, positive and hopeful, and interested in learning are considered a good match to this position. Required: Preferred: Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.
