The Sportsbook Analytics team drives insights that empower DraftKings Sportsbook to be a market leader and the first choice for millions of customers today and tomorrow. As an Analyst I, Sportsbook, you will develop data analysis and reports to measure and inform Sportsbook initiatives and use those insights to guide business decisions. Through cross-functional collaboration and inventive metrics building, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.
What you’ll do as an Analyst I, Sportsbook
Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses, analyze results, and deliver actionable recommendations in areas like promotional strategies and targeting models.
Partner cross-functionally across other business divisions to develop, monitor, and enhance customer segmentation models for promotional targeting.
Build and maintain high-quality data products and dashboards, enabling teams across the organization to access self-service insights.
Present data-driven and actionable insights to stakeholders through impactful plans and presentations.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, or similar).
At least 1 year of advanced analytics or data science experience in a work or academic setting.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Familiarity with a statistical programming language (Python or R) preferred.
Understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing, including design of A/B testing and experiments.
Ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for various stakeholders.
A proactive and curious mindset and strong communication skills.
Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
