The Biostatistics Summer Intern will work closely with senior biostatisticians on statistical methodology and support for Real World Evidence and/or AI/ML in clinical trials.
Full time summer internship lasts about 10-12 weeks, beginning in May/June. This will be a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA
Basic Qualifications:
- Have completed a graduate degree/Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, applied mathematics, or data sciences.
- Have effective oral and written communication silks.
- Sufficient programming skills in SAS and/or R /or Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in R and had experience of R Shiny in developing, testing and deploying dashboard about statistical metrics
- Be able to conduct literature search independently.
- Experience with development innovative statistical methods and/or computational tools.
- Experience with performing data analysis and simulations.
- Excellent in presenting project work to internal and external stakeholders.
