This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast's top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

As utility incentive analyst co-op, you will work with the Energy & Engineering teams to help us achieve these goals faster by maximizing our energy efficiency investments.
Role Description
Would you like to be part of an energetic (no pun intended) and dynamic team of professionals committed to helping Comcast minimize our environmental impacts? As a utility incentive analyst co-op, you will sit at the intersection of action and results. The Energy team partners with Comcast teams from around the country to drive energy efficiency through our network. In your role, you will develop streamlined processes to partner with utility companies to capture financial incentives that will support energy efficiency investments.
You will partner with Site operators and engineers to collect baseline data, submit applications for incentives, and verify results. While your work will be project specific, you will be building the foundation for a scalable program. You'll be working with the best and brightest minds in Comcast while we continue to improve energy efficiency and progress toward carbon neutrality. Success in this role is characterized by developing strong internal & external relationships, impeccable quality, and clear, succinct demonstration of results.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Tracking of projects throughout the engineering life cycle.
Baseline measurement of energy data.
Filing of applications with utility partners.
Verification of expected efficiency gains.
Program level progress and tracking.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Fluent with Microsoft Office.
Data aggregation and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Organized, structured, and detail oriented.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
Preferred Majors: Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering.
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
