Location Designation:Fully Remote

Join Corporate Finance where expertise meets strategic impact. Partner with diverse business units, providing financial insights and guiding sound decision-making. You'll work collaboratively to ensure data accuracy, implement robust controls, and safeguard policy owner interests. Liaison with Travel Agency to assist New York Life employees with travel issues and questions. Monitor car service, care service reporting and assist employees. Back-up for Corporate Jet reservations and care service for Board of Director meetings. Various other back-office procedures (e.g. spousal report, accruals).

What You'll Do:

  • Liaison with travel agency
  • Assist travelers with questions and issues relating to travel
  • Care Service: assist employees, liaison with third party vendors, reporting, and oversee security personnel who assist with car service and set them up with appropriate access
  • Same Flight Report - Ensure number of employees and executives traveling together are in compliance with New York Life Policy
  • Update Restricted Travel Pair list and ensure all flights are in compliance with New York Life Policy and keep both travel agencies informed
  • Reconcile/Pay invoices: Flexjet, Encore, Avalon, LimoLink, Verizon, WorldAware, Groupzie, GBTA and NBAA
  • Act as back up booking for corporate jet and care service reservations for Board of Director's Meeting
  • Prepare invoice payments and expenses
  • Monthly budget worksheet for Service Fees
  • Respond to Hierarchy request for SummitQwest
  • Maintain certificates of insurance for all vendors
  • Update Buisness Continuity Plans for Corporate Travel
  • Oversee Annual Records Disposition
  • Track Dinova credit and ensure they are applied to correct cost center and G/L

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 years travel industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • MS Office Suite knowledge
  • Knowledge of Concur Expense preferred

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$62,400-$90,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
