Job Description:
At Fidelity Brokerage, we are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end solution architecture for Wealth Management business domain. In this role, you will work directly with product teams across the retail investing space (brokerage accounts, managed services, banking services, etc) and the workplace investing space (401ks, health-insurance related accounts, etc) to design solutions that meet business priorities and initiatives.
What you will be responsible for
This role will be a very hands-on role driving the overall technical and solutions architecture. You will be responsible for all aspects of the solution architecture, from security to data strategy, and work closely with all areas of engineering to best align architecture. You will collaboratively work across other product areas and multiple business units influencing and driving the digital modernization efforts within.
In general, we are looking for a solid Solutions Architect that can lead and drive the end-to-end architecture of multiple teams in a complex space.
The Expertise we're looking for...
The following is a selection of skills (but not a hard list of requirements) that will help you thrive in this role:
Proven experience in architecture, including scalability, resilience, security, and data architecture.
Experienced in engineering web and mobile applications end to end, with a focus on customer experience, scale, security, and performance
Proficient in Cloud Architecture, Services, and Patterns
Experience in Native iOS or Android development and an understanding of mobile programming languages
Experience in DevSecOps and authoring CI/CD automation
Deep understanding of well architected framework implementation in Enterprise: Operation Excellent, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency and Cost optimization.
Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design and the ability to apply it to new domains.
Proven experience developing systems based on patterns of microservices
Experience building highly scalable architecture to support Omnichannel experience platforms
