Director US Head of Sales (executive account management)
As the US Sales Director of I.R.I.S. Inc. you will be responsible to drive and develop our business in the USA and Canada as well as LATAM and South America. You will also be in charge of running and managing our I.R.I.S. Inc. Sales organization, located in Delray Beach, Florida.
Based on a well-established business, you will be responsible for the development of our business performance in line with our strategic planning via all sales channels. Our business is focused on an indirect channel, mainly via Value Added Resellers, Business Process Outsourcer, Services Centers and via sales channels from synergies inside Canon Group.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office three days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Your Impact
- You will be in charge of managing our US sales team and developing our business in America.
- You are responsible for managing I.R.I.S. partner and customer base and expanding the existing partner and customer business via large deal closure
- You will grow the business by onboarding new Value Added Resellers, Business Process Outsourcer and Services Centers
- In addition, you are charged with ensuring maximum utilization of I.R.I.S.' relevant business in our established synergistic business via Canon and maximize our share of wallet
- Development of a 3-year mid-term plan and ensure execution for its achievement thru all sales channels
- You continuously measure success based on incoming orders and defined KPIs
- You will actively participate in running campaigns for our partners and create individual development plans with them
- You will remain up-to-speed and proficient in utilizing all B2B channels to achieve your goals such a Finish s multimedia, webinar, events and Go2Market strategy for software and solutions
- You will be the driver of required changes and bring those changes to life
- You will drive the required cultural transition to be successful in cloud services applications and sales development
- You will be an active driver of frequent collaboration with our internal business units in Louvain La Neuve (Belgium) and Aachen (Germany)
- Your work will be closely aligned with the Executive Board and Management Team and you will be a member of the I.R.I.S. Management Team
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, engineering or business administration or, alternatively, completed commercial training combined with relevant professional experience in key account management plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- You have proven success selling software solutions at the executive level
- You are able to demonstrate your leadership skills by working within management circles as well as through direct and indirect management of employees and teams
- Proven track record in leadership experience, strategic business planning, business development and risk management
- You maintain proficient knowledge of SAP, Microsoft 365 Dynamics and other ERP products
- You maintain proficient knowledge of CRM and collaboration applications
- You bring a high level of motivation to the workplace and you are a convincing team leader and team player
- You are highly proficient in contract negotiations with an emphasis on contract negotiation within the Americas territory
- You have experience in agile working methods and agile leadership
- You have a high willingness to travel and have excellent self-organization
- You have several years of management experience
- You possess strong analytical skills and utilize data to make informed business decisions
- You have experience managing organizations through business transformations
- You are able to quickly identify distinct business models and their unique drivers
- You are result-oriented and adept at dealing with numbers
We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role; $117,790-$176,390, this role is eligible for commissions under the terms of an applicable plan.
