Job Description

Facilities Coordinator - Part Time (Preferred Hours 9:00 am - 2:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday but flexible if needed)

Location: Union, NJ

What You Will Get To Do:

• Maintain office space operational.
• Coordinate with building management for maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate vendors for HVAC, Security.
• Assist with access badges set up for new hires or replacement.
• Cleaning needs of lobby, conference rooms, breakrooms and print areas.
• Coordinate food catering when needed and appropriate set up and clean-up of catering.
• Conference room coordination.
• Coordinate and set up weekly snacks, fruits, bagels, etc.
• Ensure Health and Safety guidelines in the office space are meet.
• Coordinate yearly fire drill exercises in coordination with the building.
• Partner with HR on onboarding activity and assisting with new hires.
• Assist with inventory, order office & pantry supplies.
• Other duties as required from the Real Estate Manager.
