We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader within the Global Treasury Management organization to lead our new Value-Added Services Product team within our Payables Product business. This leader will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing new products and services, and guiding the Payables team to deliver payable automation services and transaction fraud solutions. This role will report directly to the Head of Payables Product.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the strategy, proposition, P&L, risk & compliance objectives, and go-to-market activities across key Payable products, servicing a broad range of clients.
  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve the team’s objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end Product ownership including pricing and portfolio profitability, risk events and issues, customer escalations, roadmap backlog prioritization, product collaterals, etc. for the associated portfolio of products.
  • Develop and execute strategic products and services to drive revenue growth and expand share of client wallets within Global Treasury Management’s payables suite of products.
  • Work closely with other members of the Payables team and Product Solution Specialists team to support delivery of Product strategy, P&L and roadmap.
  • Work closely with the Payables Platform team, Digital Channels Product team, Technology and Operations to deliver on roadmap items.
  • Develop thought leadership content that is relevant for our clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
  • In partnership with the Global Treasury Management Product Solution Specialists and Sales organization, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies to uphold ethical standards and mitigate risk within the Product & Sales functions.
  • Cultivate and grow a team of deep product subject matter experts that understand our client’s problems and can articulate solutions.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Treasury Management banking with a focus on product management
  • Experience as a product P&L owner
  • Experience successfully leading product teams
  • Experience as a Corporate Treasury Accounts Payable practitioner
  • Experience delivering payable solutions for Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking customers
  • Experience with engaging and presenting at industry forums and events
  • Experience with payment fraud products
  • Experience with accounts payable reconciliation and remittance products
  • Experience with agile delivery practices
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay Range:

  • New York, New York: $138,500.00 - $287,600.00 Annually
  • Charlotte, North Carolina: $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annually
  • Minneapolis, Minnesota: $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annually
  • Tampa, Florida: $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annually
  • Dallas, Texas: $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annually
  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
