Intern – Finance – Ontario, CA – Summer 2025

Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in 3-4 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Ontario, CA. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your Role

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, P&L, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Update Transfer price.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Help with the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and maintaining financial databases.
• Collaborate with team members on various finance-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills & strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team & eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $31.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Ontario, CA.
