About the Job:

The IT Business Analyst is key in supporting the organization’s customer-centric digital transformation efforts. As the company strives to improve digital touchpoints for associates, dealers, and end customers, this entry-level position will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, focusing on optimizing product management and financial processes. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to digital initiatives, reshaping how the organization interacts with its stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, focusing on product management, financial performance, and data-related needs.
  • Support the analysis of business processes, particularly in product lifecycle management and cost analysis, and identify areas for improvement using Lean Management principles.
  • Assist in developing business cases for proposed projects, incorporating continuous improvement (Kaizen) and waste reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT and product management teams to ensure that technical solutions align with product development goals, applying the PDCA cycle for iterative improvement.
  • Provide basic support and training to end-users, particularly in product management tools, financial analysis software, and Lean methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience, or 0-1 years with a Master’s or PhD degree, in a related role, such as a junior business analyst or intern, with product management or financial analysis exposure.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard business analysis frameworks and financial analysis basics is a plus.

What You’ll Need For Success:

  • Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies, focusing on product management, financial analysis, and Lean principles.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling, product lifecycle management, and data analysis, emphasizing identifying and eliminating waste (Muda).
  • Basic proficiency in ELT tools, programming languages (C#, JAVA, SQL, HTML, CSS, Python), and experience with designing data structures to support reporting.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SSRS) and an understanding of information security standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, particularly in a Lean/Agile setting, and with a growth mindset.
  • Basic awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security best practices.
