Job Summary
The Manager of Channel Marketing will develop programs that help generate sales growth and drive revenue enhancement across all sales channels, with an emphasis on Small Business. Builds partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization and Divisions including Sales, Marketing, Employee Communications, Sales Operations and Product teams to execute programs that support key business objectives across sales channels. This role will report into the Sr. Director of Channel Marketing and be responsible for developing sales enablement strategies and programs that align with overall Comcast Business objectives and Go to Market strategies.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead sales enablement strategy and execute programs and tactics that support multiple sales teams, new product launches, product refreshes and updates, marketing campaigns that support solution selling among the SB sales roles
- Partner closely with Division sales enablement and marketing leads on plans to ensure alignment with Division sales goals
- Partner closely with HQ sales leadership and sales operation teams on key priorities to ensure alignment and provide team with additional marketing support as needed
- Communicate across multiple teams and channels to ensure broad awareness of sales enablement plans for product and feature launches, and build strategic partnerships with internal communications leads
- Develop customer-facing sales materials including but not limited to product collateral, videos, infographics, email templates, pitch decks and more
- Develop internal sales materials to be posted within mySource (internal sales tool, one-stop source for information for sales teams) including product and campaign overviews, sales talking points, product FAQs, and more
- Create new ideas to drive product education/awareness among sales channels including virtual and/or in person events for sales teams across varying locations
- Build and launch marketing kits for sales in support of new product launches, brand launches and more
- Develop new ideas and recommendations to drive increases in sales effectiveness
- Lead development of tactics with multiple agency partners
- Understand sales selling processes and tools to help facilitate effective solution selling tactics/programs
- Stay current on market trends, competitors, industry standards and vertical insights
- Be knowledgeable of Comcast Business products and feature sets
- Host sales focus groups, gather front-line feedback, and spend routine time "in-field" to stay engaged and up to date on frontline challenges and selling routines
