Job Summary
Responsible for delivering moments that promote products and promotions, drive engagement, and strengthen sales skills through discovery, positioning, and handling objections. This self-starter thrives on bringing fresh concepts and ideas to their work and excels in partnering with leadership teams (VPs, Directors, etc.) to gain agreement on sales strategies and approaches. This role is part of the Sales Effectiveness Team and is responsible for driving sales skill proficiency and mastery across our residential sales channels.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Supports the creation and implementation of company products, services, and promotions.
- Integrate Xfinity product differentiators, opportunities, and threats into sales skills development programs, such as discovery, positioning, and handling objections.
- Design and deliver sales skills content via training decks, job aids, and other internal materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for sales skills initiatives.
- Manage multiple competing priorities within tight deadlines, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sales skill-building projects.
- Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of sales skills development programs and recommend actions based on results.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $84,466.56 USD-$197,968.50 USD

Targeted Commission: $60,000
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
