We are seeking an experienced Event Program Manager to lead the Client’s Business Reshape flagship event and GTM strategy. This role will oversee cross-functional workstream leads, manage project execution, and ensure seamless event production. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, has a builder mindset, and excels in corporate event management, experiential design, and GTM planning.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as project lead for our client’s flagship event (B2B event) and GTM plan
• Oversee work of event workstream leads (e.g. content, event operations, sponsorships, email marketing, etc.) and lean into execution when needed.
• Create and manage documentation of project progress (via written documents) with contribution from workstream leads.
• Directly accountable to Head of Global Events and Experiences.
• Provide consulting and direction to workstream leads regarding event marketing best practices, production, sponsorships, expo, and content.
• Create collateral and tools for events. 
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors on deliverables; directly oversee vendor deliverables
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance events and improve performance
• Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
• After project lead returns, conduct hand off of work and perform execution of final event management requirements

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related is preferred. 
• 10+ years Marketing experience with focus on events. 
• program/project management skills required. 
• Airtable exp would be preferred. 
• MS office, salesforce CVENT experience preferred. 
• Needs to be comfortable with ambiguity. 
• needs to have a builder mindset (won't have a plug and chug model). Will be looking at better ways to do things.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.34 to $58.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
