Responsibilities / Tasks
- Strategic Marketing:
Define and deploy global marketing strategies across the division.
Understand global market trends, customer applications, and competitor dynamics.
Coordinate and drive global marketing and awareness activities, including KPIs and performance tracking. - Collaboration and Coordination:
Ensure alignment with local country marketing operations.
Consolidate bottom-up planning from countries and align strategies for the division.
Work closely with sales, product management, and local marketing teams. - Value Proposition and Product Introduction:
Co-determine value propositions and drive the introduction of new products.
Define and implement marketing mixes as part of segment strategy. - Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Setup and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including internal and external communication.
Align messaging for customers, employees, and the job market with relevant stakeholders.
Manage event strategies, plan and execute events, and drive marketing campaigns.
Design digital campaigns and prepare media plans for online marketing and social media. - Excellence and Innovation:
Coordinate marketing activities with the Division, local entities, and GEA's Global Communication & Branding teams.
Ensure functional marketing excellence and adopt innovative practices.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 2-3 years of significant marketing experience, preferably in a multinational matrix organization.
- Deep knowledge of marketing theories and integration into organizational practices.
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to plan, direct, and achieve goals with self and teams.
- Demonstrated skills in persuasion, reasoning, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
