Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our Development Division's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our real estate projects, drive engagement, and achieve business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage campaigns, leverage social media, and coordinate events that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns from conception to execution
- Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Plan and execute successful marketing events to promote development initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and inform clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, particularly in the real estate sector
- Strong expertise in campaign management and execution
- Proficiency in social media marketing and management tools
- Experience in event marketing and coordination
- Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
