Salary: $75,981-$94,976

Position Responsibilities:

• The Operations Analyst uses logical thinking skills to identify opportunities to improve operational performance, standardizing best practices with the local operations team and center of excellence, developing template operational dashboard and reports to lead pilot implementation

• This role will collaborate with BI team to formalize and effectively communicate reporting structures and process improvements to operations and leadership audiences

• You will analyze process improvement projects of moderate scope and ad-hoc performance analysis

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 6 plus years of specific experience
