JustinBradley’s client is a non profit organization that facilitates collaboration across financial industry partners to analyze, monitor and develop strategies to make critical systems more resilient. They are looking to add an Accounting Assistant to their team.
The Accounting Assistant will support the Director with accounting, HR, and operational related activities. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations within the office and has an opportunity to gain unique insight into the financial industry.
The team currently works on-site four days a week.
Highlighted Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing using the automated system.
- Assist with expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date
- Provide office administrative support to team members as needed
- Update and maintain membership directories and contact lists
Key Qualifications:
- Degree or Certificate in accounting and experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other related applications
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
- Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
Compensation range: $70,000/year – $80,000/year
