Position Responsibilities:

Serves as the primary contact for operationalizing strategic contracts within the Procure to Pay (PTP) process, driving efficiencies and savings by identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing lower-value requests for quotation, leading process improvements, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies while maintaining cost-effective supplier relationship management and optimizing PTP technology catalogs
Monitor KPI performance and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements in the Procure to Pay (PTP) process
Lead the Procurement team in maintaining an up-to-date contract database, ensuring accurate information on contracts, commercial terms, pricing, and discounts
Direct supplier requests for quotations and proposals, focusing on reducing tail spend by encouraging multiple suppliers to provide equivalent items or services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while monitoring their performance to enhance collaboration and long-term value
Assist requestors in navigating the procurement process by improving end-to-end process knowledge and ensuring compliance with new policies and technology
Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of experience in a high-volume transaction setting in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Finance and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/Genral Education Diploma with 9 plus years of experience in a high-volume transaction setting in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Finance and 4 plus years of management experience
Experience utilizing formulas, If Statements, Pivot Tables for analysis and identify automation opportunities

Preferred Education and Experience:

Proficient with PTP system, Ariba or similar PTP platform, with an emphasis in a high-volume Purchase Order/Account Payable processing environment
Experience working in a distribution, logistics and/or manufacturing environment
Understanding of a cloud-based ERP i.e., SAP software
