Responsibilities*
- Coordinate and provide nursing care to patients and families in the Spine Procedure Clinic. Provide support through phone triage and InBasket work
- Provide nursing care to patient's pre and post procedure.
- Assist physicians during procedures: administer and monitor IV sedation.
- Provide patient education to patients and families.
- To provide clinical support to the neighboring Burlington Anesthesia Back & Pain clinic, or any other PM&R clinic in times of low census
- Participate in continuous quality improvement program.

Hourly range for Registered Nurses $40.18-$62.31/ hour
- Evening Shift Differential-$3.00 / hour
- Night Shift Differential- $4.00 / hour

- Evening Shift Weekend Differential- $5.90 / hour
- Night Shift Weekend Differential- $6.90 / hour
- Charge Nurse Differential- $1.00 / hour

Salary & Nursing Framework Level:
This UMPNC RN posting is posted as Nursing Framework LEVEL C .
Actual Nursing Framework LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire.
Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level F.
Required qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be interviewed and considered for the position.

As evidenced by interviews, recent performance appraisals and reference feedback:
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- Two (2) years current experience (within last two years) providing care to adult populations as an ED, ICU, Flight Nurse or similar procedural unit providing sedation.
- Current ACLS certification.

Work Schedule
Hours: 20 hours per week
Shift/ Days: Day shift, Variable days of week to include possible weekends. Flexibility required to meet the business need of clinic
Location: Burlington BuildingNote: All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census.
