40Summary:
Administers respiratory services to the homebound patient including clinical application of ventilation, oxygen, suction, and apnea monitoring. Ensures proper respiratory care is provided to patients through instruction of patient/family, direct care and follow up. Member of healthcare team providing integrated services to the patient.
Education and Experience:
Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year program or a graduate of a 1-year technical program with at least one year of clinical respiratory experience
Must possess effective communication and strong clinical assessment skills
Certification/Licensure:
Valid Texas Drivers License
CPR
RRT (NBRC)
Registry Eligible (NBRC)
