The Senior Product Analyst will play a critical role for the Open Banking team as it grows and matures. We are looking for an Analyst to help drive and lead the following:
- The Open Banking Procedure & Policy Portfolio
- CFPB 1033 Compliance Requirement Matrix
- Data Dictionary for all Outbound & Inbound data flowing through the Open Banking program

This Senior Product Analyst will be expected to be a Data SME for the Open Banking team and will be relied on heavily for the build out of the go-forward Program.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead research to support product findings and issue remediation.
- Synthesize insights in a meaningful way to share with a cross-section of stakeholders and other partners throughout the organization.
- Coordinate research with analysts across the organization to create and communicate a strong understanding of client insights and the competitive landscape.
- Support the development of digital roadmaps that reflect client needs/gaps and teammate needs/gaps, as well as foundational technology capabilities and other digital enablers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
2. Three or more years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience
3. Two or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience
4. Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
5. Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions
6. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
7. Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
8. Solid understanding of trends in technology and in the financial services industry
9. Ability to learn and translate technically complex concepts into business friendly terminology
10. Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
11. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, to analyze and communicate complex information to business leadership
