The Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Health System Experience plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and sustainability of partnerships while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for developing innovative strategies to establish new partnerships, enhance existing relationships, and design renewal models that promote long-term success. The SVP will collaborate closely with various departments including field operations, training, business development, implementation, finance, and marketing to execute these strategies effectively. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the SVP will lead the Health System Experience team dedicated to achieving organizational goals and delivering value to both internal partners and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, engage, and establish new partnerships that align with organizational objectives and growth targets.
- Lead the design and implementation of sustainable renewal models for all partnerships, establishing a standard renewal process, ensuring consistent value delivery and long-term success.
- Collaborate with field operations to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership strategies across different regions and markets and sharing and promoting best practices.
- Work closely with the training department to develop programs that enhance partner capabilities and drive adoption of new initiatives.
- Partner with the business development team to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion or diversification.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams to develop tailored messaging, campaigns, and materials to support partnership initiatives.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by championing initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction, sustained executive level customer relationships, and lead the ongoing account management activities.
- Analyze key performance metrics and market data to evaluate partnership effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to the Chief Commercial Officer and other key stakeholders on partnership performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team including account executives and Excelera team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of commercial sales experience in the healthcare industry with a proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships within a B2B environment.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing renewal models or subscription-based services.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles/methodologies and experience with Strategic Account Management strategies and approach.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and collaborate with other business functions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role preferred.
Reporting: The Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Health System Experience will report directly to Heidi Motz, Chief Commercial Officer.
This role will require travel nationwide up to 25% of the time.
