Social Media Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy and execution including influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will engage our audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platform. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and experience in managing social media campaigns that align with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media activity and prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
• Engage with influencers and manage partnerships to enhance our brand reach.
• Analyze data to optimize social media campaigns and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Expertise in social media platforms and tools for reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and experience with Shopify (huge plus!)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with influencer engagement and partnership management.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
