This position is for a Software Engineer PolicyCenter production support on the PLA Incident Management, Technical Triage and Case Management team to work across P&C Auto/Fire - Personal Lines Auto(PL-Auto) teams and supplier areas. This is an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to one of the highest priority efforts within State Farm - the modernization of our Personal Lines Auto Policy Administration System. Candidates will have a direct impact upon the experience that Agents and Customers have while utilizing this new system.

The PL-Auto application and the production support responsibilities are spread across 50+ product teams across numerous Product Suites. The breadth of the application includes teams that build/support custom user interfaces, PolicyCenter vendor application, integrators, suppliers, and infrastructure teams.

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent.
• 4+ Years Object JAVA Oriented development experience
• 2 + years Gosu development experience
• 2 + years of experience with CI/CD Pipelines and SDLC best practices.
• Guidewire PolicyCenter experience is highly preferable.
• Ability to triage complex production problems and Incident Management
• Strong aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn new languages and frameworks.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Enthusiasm for innovation, and new ideas
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships locally & across locations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
• Qualified candidates may be flexible to production support on weekends and off-hours as needed.
• Ability to triage complex production problems.

Compensation Range: $85,500-$193,000
For Colorado and Washington State candidates:
Compensation Range: $85,500-$212,300
For California, New York, and Connecticut candidates:
Potential salary range: $85,500-$241,250
Potential yearly inventive pay: up to 18% of base salary
