Key Responsibilities
- As a member of the Client Change Team, perform the day-to-day function of independently leading the onboarding of client accounts through gathering account instructions, assessing impact, communicating requirements, tracking implementation and managing record retention.
- Facilitate and ensure account activity is achieved with quality, accuracy and within established service levels.
- Provide coordination across various business and operations teams to ensure alignment and readiness for client facing events.
- Provide subject matter expertise, effectively communicating across multiple audiences.
- Accountable for proactive identification of issues, developing well thought out and viable solutions that are in line with core competencies and established processes
- Ensure application of internal controls, compliance requirements and required policies and procedures.
- Lead and perform special project work including across business lines as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to create efficiencies and reduce errors.
- Provide coaching and training of the staff and work direction.
- Maintain relationships with external and internal partners and clients to achieve goals.
- Ensure policies and procedures are current and providing oversight of policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise and execution support to business-driven initiatives, internal partners, leadership or projects related to operations as necessary.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent
3 - 5 years experience
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to problem solve, investigate, and follow through to effective resolution.
Solid understanding of portfolio accounting/investment operations activities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work with limited work direction and function effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Industry experience with onboarding client accounts
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $65,400 - $88,200 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
