Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and facilitation of the Cybersecurity Awareness and Training program for the Reyes Family of Businesses, fostering a robust Cybersecurity culture through various learning tools and training initiatives, with occasional travel requirements of up to 20% in North America and 5% globally
• Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to assess cybersecurity culture and posture, providing tailored training solutions based on analysis and risk profiles
• Support the development and execution of validation programs, such as phishing campaigns, to enhance cybersecurity posture
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methods to create engaging and effective cybersecurity training materials
• Facilitate interactive classes and programs that deliver valuable learning experiences for participants
• Measure training effectiveness and gather feedback to ensure alignment with business needs and improve future initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Education, Business) with 4 plus years of experience in Cybersecurity training or education, plus 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of above listed experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, with 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Education, or a related area is desirable
• Relevant Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
• Proficient in key instructional design tools such as PowerPoint and basic eLearning authoring tools
