Transaction Processor
We are hiring Transaction Processor Associate within the Return Post Office (RPO) Electronic Team here at Fidelity Investments in our Albuquerque, NM office!
The Role
Do you like problem solving and working in a fast-paced office environment? Join us at Fidelity Investments where you will be part of a business unit supporting multiple business unit return mail processes such as 401k, Defined Benefits, Health and Wellness, Retail Lost Shareholder, and many more. The Inbound operations team provides transaction services to each of Fidelity's distribution channels. We support Fidelity's growth with high quality, cost effective and innovative service solutions through talented associates and processing expertise.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 2 years' experience in a role requiring solid interpersonal skills
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry related role
- You have excellent communication skills
- Your high attention to detail
- Your ability to accurately key between 8,000-10,000 keystrokes per hour
- Your ability to effectively multi-task
- You are flexible and highly adaptive to change
- You have a positive attitude and can do' approach to challenges
- You possess the ability to learn and apply knowledge to make effective processing decisions
- Managing queue work
- Reviewing multiple databases to confirm if addresses still match or have been updated previously.

Our role ultimately helps protect our participants from Identity theft and ensuring their retirement accounts are safe. Participants need to know that Fidelity takes protecting their account information seriously and we work to meet that standard every day.
