This role organizes and manages shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of all items and products located and distributed to customers. They maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service to our clients.

Key Performance Indicators:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

● Manage loading and delivery of all products, ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection and ensure reports accurately reflect products shipped to customer
● Partner with plant technicians and the sales team for order processing and order accuracy
● Manage inventory and order plants and hard goods as required to meet business needs.
● Support scheduling of Installers with Operations Management.
● Coach, develop and performance manage a team of installers and/or warehouse associates.
● Hiring and onboarding of installers and/or
● Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required
● Assists with forecasting and monthly financial requirements as needed
● Manage and complete service methods and KPI result as part of the leadership scorecard
● Manages and assists with Holiday preparations and installations as needed

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience
● 2-5 years of warehouse experience required
● Supervisor level experience in a customer focused environment preferred.

● The ability to multi-task, analyze situations and develop proactive responses

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

High School Diploma or equivalent
