Job overview:
- Serve as the main expert of Schneider's inventory management as a Parts Coordinator in Green Bay.
- Maintain the quantity, accuracy and availability of all parts inventory in the shop.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with shop leadership, technicians and the parts team to provide accurate and timely parts inventory.
- Participate as a member of the shop leadership team and advise the Shop Manager on inventory performance metrics.
- Ensure shop inventory is maintained in accordance with established guidelines.
- Act as a training back-up and provide off-hours support when necessary.
Skills and qualifications:
- Technical degree in inventory management or related field, or a minimum of one year of parts inventory experience.
- Basic math skills.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Additional $X.XX per hour on second and third shift, plus an additional $X.XX per hour on weekends.
